About us

The Two Of Us is a musical duo performing live music for special occasions and events. Gila Robinson and Yvette Price are both classically trained musicians and teachers, with a wide range of expertise and experience. The duo has a very special musical rapport and has performed in various venues throughout the North West to high acclaim.

Gila Robinson is a flautist and pianist. She has a flourishing private music teaching practice from her home in Lancaster, and at Promenade Music in Morecambe. She has extensive experience performing in ensembles, orchestras, as a soloist and as an accompanist.

Pianist, clarinettist and composer Yvette Price is an experienced accompanist and performer, and is in high demand as a teacher of piano and clarinet, working from Lancaster Royal Grammar School and Promenade Music in Morecambe.

Their shared passion for music of all styles and genres drew the pair to form The Two of Us. Both Yvette and Gila regularly organise concerts with students and colleagues. They offer a bespoke service to all their clients, providing the perfect compliment to any event, whether it be a wedding, a special anniversary, a corporate event or a funeral. They aim to delight and enchant you with their beautiful music.
